The two north American countries continually have major disagreements with the far left views of the current U.S. government. Canada will have little to do with that moving forward. The most recent incident is that of the Keystone pipeline. Despite the fact that the Keystone Pipeline will create massive amounts of jobs for the American people, our leadership is just gung ho on getting those jobs to the neighboring countries such as South America as shown recently with the shutting down of coal plants in West Virginia. Forbes reports:
Even President Obama’s own administration recognizes Keystone’s positive jobs impact. The final State Department review found that the pipeline would create upward of 42,000 jobs during the construction period alone, and it would do so without a significant environmental impact, according to the State Department’s report. Economists, meanwhile, have found that the pipeline would create 20,000 manufacturing and construction jobs and an additional 118,000 spin-off jobs. There is no lack of evidence to justify Keystone’s capacity to fuel job creation, as President Obama claimed last year. Our companies’ jobs would count among those 42,000—real names and faces to us.
The fact is, there could not be more at stake for the employees that our companies and vendors represent and the many more that we all could hire if the President approved the project. The Keystone XL pipeline represents a lifeline for American workers and the U.S. economy, and the longer we wait for approval, the longer the creation of thousands of high-paying manufacturing jobs for American workers is put on hold. Our companies and employees are ready to go to work tomorrow to support the Keystone pipeline. It is time for President Obama to accept the facts and approve the project.
Canada is no right wing country by any means, but they do know the importance of oil and the importance of jobs for their people. Yes, that’s right even the left wingers in Canada care about jobs as do many of the opposing democrats to the decision to walk away from the Keystone pipeline that Canada needed us for.
What we ended up doing was pissing them off and forcing them to resume to a new plan. A plan that circumvents around the United States so that they can continue with a plan that is good for their people. In addition to job creation, getting U.S. oil by pipe rather than train will significantly reduce our gas prices which will eventually help this dead economy.
Recklessness with West Africa and Ebola
Despite what the CDC and mainstream spews, there really is no reason for not stopping incoming flights from West Africa in order to protect the number one priority which remain American citizens. France protected its citizens from West Africa, other Euro nations have stopped flights from West Africa so why the hell did we not. It becomes obvious that Americans citizens are not a priority and other countries like neighboring Canada see that and take notes. Coupled with our reckless spending and declining dollar.
We feel its only a matter of time before Canada shuts down access to its border to U.S. citizens, although no idea how soon it will be if not already being discussed.
Bottom line is with all these publicly known instances, why would any sane nation want anything to do with us as the openly degrading and disrespecting continues.
