Having just watched several clips of old Dating Game episodes which I placed one video below, I just couldn’t believe the drastic differences. Although these women are very beautiful a few of which were women who later became famous such as Farrah Fawcett and Marcia Brady. Since the show was based in Studio city it seems that many people who showed up for that show had moved to California in hopes of becoming a star. Farrah Fawcett was originally from Houston Texas and it was around 5 years after she moved to California and her appearance on the Dating Game did she catch a break on a hit show.
But this article is not about famous people but more of the difference between having a current show called the Dating Game as opposed to the Show that aired in the late 60’s -70’s.
What I found most astonishing on these shows from this era, is the questioning. I tried to imagine how different todays questions would be in comparison and it is mind blowing. The differences in expectations, the measuring by way of assets and you could just tell that was the last thing on their minds during this show. Was money talked about once or twice, yes but was it talked about as it would be today, not even close.
It could actually be the reason why shows like this do not work anymore, the questioning would become too brutal, sexual or too much of the feminist poison of today would be injected and ruin the show. In fact it was only two years ago that they aired the show called the Choice and it had to have celebrities in order to attract women but yet still failed miserably. In fact it seems every show today must include celebrities because the people worship money while lacking empathy, morals and basing love on all the wrong things. Do people even marry for love anymore?
The difference between the entitlement type of mindset, the women who feel if they gonna give up the pussy, they gotta get the money. If they don’t get the money or a ton of assets that they can latch onto, they simply do not give up the pussy. Which to those of us who travel outside the United States know very well that these women are simply delusional at best and if they do hook up, it is with men who simply feel they need to pay for a wife.
Would I give up my cell phone and the computer to live in times like those again, the answer is yes. I don’t live for the past and I enjoy technology but I do think those times were far better in a family sense. I did not have outside experience in those times, but seeing the differences in people that did actually experience those times and watching the attitudes in people as opposed to today I know they were far better in a dating, marriage and family sense. It seemed as though women had a certain respect for men, just from watching the show you can immediately see the feminine qualities of these beautiful women.
It makes you wonder what would the United States be like if historically family places like Disney did not hire agenda giants to change the people as a whole.
In fact if that show was aired today, someone would probably ban it from TV as the beautiful qualities of the past should not be seen by the youth of today.
